Virtual Design services are more flexible, 100% digital remote process. Where final design can be implemented by your team and timeline.

We offer a full range of Interior Architecture and Design services each with its own flat fee price structure. Our Virtual Design Strategy service is available at a flat rate…rarely hourly so there’s more design than fees. .
For example, our typical base price for a kitchen is around $4,500, while a powder bathroom design package is around $2,500.
We offer a bundle package price for projects with 2 or 3 rooms.
In general, services typically account for approximately 15% to 25% of your overall budget based on the complexity. Once we receive your project details, we will provide a more accurate estimate tailored to your specific needs.

A Letter of Agreements is required for all services. The Agreement outlines the scope of project, each parties responsibilities and payment timelines. Typically each project will required a retainer deposit to begin work.
