Virtual Design Concierge Service

Our virtual design concierge service is a great resource and one of our most popular online design services. Perfect for those design enthusiast who want the advantage of our design expertise and strategy, who are highly informed buyers and are comfortable implementing the design plan on their own or along with our design team. Once we receive all the required documentation the design team will analyze and take special care in curating a custom interior to fit your lifestyle.

DESCRIPTION: INTERIOR FOR ONE ROOM or AREA | Starts at $2,500.00

We focus on solving your interior challenges for one room or area. We provide the overall concept and you do all the heavy lifting.

After your purchase is made, our design team will be in touch to request information to get your project started.

DIGITAL SERVICES INCLUDED: 

  • One (1) hour initial phone or video conference call through our company digital design platform via Zoom / FaceTime.

  • Two (2) digital design concept presentations for approval with (1) one round of feedback.

  • One (1) final digital design layout with architectural drawings, photo images and shopping list with links to order at your own pace.

  • The collaboration typically takes between 4-6 weeks from concept to completion and will vary based on the design complexities, location and square footage.

    NOTE: Construction and renovation drawings will be excluded from this process…if you need these services an additional agreement and fees must be approved in writing.

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
    All purchases to be made by Client via retail sources, unless otherwise specified as indicted in the Design Agreement. Client agrees to provide full information regarding the Client’s requirements for the project.

  • Client agrees to follow the design as outlined in the Design Agreement. All recommendations are regarded as suggestions to improve the look of your space. The final design outcome is the responsibility of the Client and Tonya Kelly is not held responsible for arranging repairs, replacement, or freight claims for purchases made in conjunction with design recommendations.

    This service is for clients who want to be completely involved and purchase at their own pace. We provide design concepts and a shopping list with images. We will design your space using retail sources. Our e-design clients will not get full access to trade-only and custom sources at prices below retail, or the white-glove treatment unless specified in the Design Agreement. The scope of work will require your final approval and signature before any action is taken.

    Please note we reserve the right to use your project and photos for social media content. Your private information, such as name and address will not be disclosed. If you prefer that your project and photos not be used, please contact us directly at before or after you make a purchase.
